You might be here because something in your life shifted. Maybe it hit you all at once or maybe it built up slowly until you realized you cannot keep doing things the same way. You could be recovering from a relationship that hurt you, experiences that crossed your boundaries, self harm, or a season of life that took more than it gave. You do not need to have everything figured out to start. You just need to be ready to look at yourself honestly and give yourself a real chance to heal.
I help clients slow things down, make sense of what they have been through, and build self acceptance without judgment. My approach is direct, supportive, and grounded in real life. Together, we work on self reflection, emotional awareness, and accountability so you can understand your patterns and start making different choices. I am trained in DBT-informed skills and use practical tools to help you regulate emotions, cope with distress, and respond rather than react. This work is about recovery from what life has handed you and learning how to treat yourself with respect moving forward.
I work with teens and young adults who are navigating transitions, healing from harm or abuse, and recovering from self harming behaviors. Sessions are a space where you can be honest, challenged when needed, and supported without being talked down to. I offer day, evening, and weekend availability to make therapy fit into real schedules. If you are ready to do the work and want a therapist who will meet you where you are and help you move forward, I would be glad to work with you.
